Day Of Coordination Services

Typically Priced at $500-$1800

This is a description of our comprehensive day of coordination services, but clients are free to pick only certain elements.


We will engage in detailed face-to-face meetings, telephone correspondences, and email correspondences to gather all information pertinent to the wedding day. We will arrive at least 1 hour early to your venue. We will set up the décor of the ceremony and reception according to your wishes and plans. We will coordinate the services of, and be in constant contact with all vendors, as well as the bride and groom throughout the event to ensure that everything runs according to plan. During your wedding we will station our staff throughout the venue so that they can readily assist your guests should they need anything.  We will remain at the event to assist with the breakdown of décor items.

Day of coordination services includes:

  • 2 face-to-face consultations in addition to initial consultation (additional meetings are scheduled as needed)
  • Unlimited number of telephone and email correspondences
  • Venue site check prior to the event to ensure full understanding of the layout
  • Ceremony décor set up
  • Reception décor set up
  • Attendance at rehearsal (1 hour)
  • Coordination of ceremony (1 hour)
  • Assistance during cocktail hour (1 hour)
  • Coordination of reception (4 hours)
  • Breakdown of personal ceremony decor
  • Breakdown of personal reception décor

Planning Packages and  Pricing

Full Coordination Services

Typically Priced at $700-$3,000

The number of face-to-face meetings, venue visits, vendors procured and vendor meetings attended are adjusted per client. The numbers listed below are examples.


Full Coordination Services Include

  • up to 6 face-to-face meetings
  • Unlimited email and phone correspondences
  • Assistance with securing a venue  (We will conduct research and visit the venues, in order to connect you with the venues that best suit your needs and budget and will visit each venue) (up to 10 venues)
  • Assistance with securing all wedding vendors (We will conduct research and connect you with the vendors that meet your needs and budget)
  • Attendance at up to 15 vendor meetings
  • Assistance with creating and executing décor concept
  • Assistance with procurement of décor supplies
  • Day of coordination (up to 12 hours)
  • Budget management
  • Planning time line management
  • RSVP/Guest List Management
  • Assistance with out-of-town guest accommodations

What impacts the fee for services?

Because your package is built just for you, many things will impact your fee. A few examples include:

  • The number of times you want to meet with your planner
  • The number of vendors you need help securing
  • The complexity of the decor you want to see on your big day
  • The number of guests that will be attending your event
  • The distance our team will need to travel

Guardian Angel Coordination

Typically Priced at $400-$600

This package is perfect for clients who are looking to reduce stress and cost. You will be assigned an event planner who will walk you through the event planning process. This package removes the stress of not knowing what to do, or when to do it. We will also significantly reduce the time that you must spend planning your event, by researching and generating a list of the perfect vendors from which you can choose.

Guardian Angel Package Includes:

  • A customized planning binder
  • Up to 4 face-to-face meetings
  • Unlimited email and phone correspondences
  • Assistance with securing a venue (up to 6 venues) (We will conduct research and visit the venues, in order to connect you with the venues that best suit your needs and budget)
  • Assistance with securing up to 8 vendors (We will conduct research and connect you with the vendors that meet your needs and budget)
  • Budget management
  • Planning time line management (We will advise you of what to do and when to do it as you plan your event. We will provide you with customized timelines throughout the planning process).
