- Recommendations- We will discuss with
you what you are looking for in a vendor.
We will use our prior knowledge as well as
conduct research to generate a list of 5
vendors that we believe best match your
desires. (Fee is per vendor category)
- Liaison- In addition to generating a list of 5
vendors, we will give you the opportunity to
pick 3 that you believe best suit your needs.
We will then assist you in setting up
appointments and will accompany you to
meet with 3 of the vendors. We will then
assist you in making a decision. (Fee is per
vendor category)
- Full Service- In addition to generating a
list of 5 vendors and accompanying you to
meet with 3 vendors, we will help you to
negotiate the contract for the vendor you
chose. We will also review and analyze the
completed contract. During the planning
process we will serve as your liaison with
the vendor. (Fee is per vendor category)
We invite you to chose any number and combination of services from our a la carte services. You may combine them with a preexisting package (located in the packages section of our website),or you can build your own package by combining the individual a la carte services.

Budget Management- We will discuss with you
all of the elements that you wish to incorporate
your event. We will then assist you in creating a
realistic budget, allocating a portion of your
budget for each element. We will also make
ourselves available throughout your planning
process for questions, concerns, and updates
regarding your budget.
Guest List Management- We will allow you to
use our mailing address or will establish an email
address for your guests to use when RSVP'ing.
We will keep detailed records of your guests'
responses and will send you a report at least
every 48 hours.
Guest Accommodations- We will assist you with
the accommodations for any guests or bridal party
members who will be coming form out of town.
Assistance includes but is not limited to hotel
accommodations, transportation accommodations,
and entertainment accommodations.
Project Time Line- This service is perfect for our
clients who wish to plan their own event but need
guidance along the way. We will provide you with
detailed time lines and meet with you throughout
the planning process. While you will be doing all of
the planning, we will ensure that nothing gets
overlooked and that everything is done at the
right time.

Event Management Services You may chose as many services as you need.

Decor Services You may chose the option that best meets your needs
|
Concept- We will help you to create a decor
concept based on your desires and ideas. We will
offer suggestions for where to buy supplies and
we will assist in any needed research.
Concept and Procurement- In addition to
assisting with the development of the decor
concept, we will use funds provided by the client
to procure all decor supplies.
Concept, Procurement, and Setup- In addition
to assisting with the development of the decor
concept and procuring all supplies, we will arrive
at the event and set up all decor in the manner in
which the client determines. NOTE: If the client
wishes to use one of our day of coordination
services which include decor set up this option is
NOT necessary.
Favor Service- We will assist you in finding the perfect favor for your event.
Stationary Services- Our stationary services include but are not limited to direction cards, invitations, menu
cards, place cards, programs, RSVP cards, and table number/name cards.
Pre and Post Wedding Events- Our pre and post wedding event services include but are not limited to bachelor
parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, and wedding brunches.
Floor Plan Services- We will assist you in
creating your floor plan.
Day of Event Time line- We will assist you in
creating your day of event time line.
